The order ID is your order’s confirmation number, and it can be found within the top-up receipt.
If you need to contact our customer care team about an issue with an order, please share with us the order id so we can identify your account.
Where can I find the order id?
To locate the order id of your transaction follow the steps below:
- Open the menu on the top-left side.
- Go to History.
- Locate the transaction and click on Details.
- Now you'll see the top-up receipt with all the transaction details, and the order id can be located at the top.
